Partnerships Manager

As a Partnerships Manager for TrackShip, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue for our SaaS platform. You will work remotely to develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership integration and execution
  • Analyze and report on the performance of partnerships

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partnership management or business development

      Customer Support Specialist

Our customer support team plays a vital role in helping customers with on-boarding. shipment tracking quality, solving issues with our eCommerce platforms or shipping carriers integrations.

      Job Description:

      As a Customer Support Specialist for TrackShip, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via email. This position is a remote position and English is required. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will be responsible for helping them with on-boarding, shipment tracking quality, and integration issues.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide first-line customer support via chat (intercom) and email
      • Assist customers with on- boarding and setup of the TrackShip on their store.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to shipment tracking quality and integration with WooCommerce and Shopify
      • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
      • Document customer interactions and update customer information in our CRM system (Intercom)
      • Identify and escalate customer issues that require higher-level support
      • Provide feedback to our product and development teams to improve the TrackShip platform (Canny, Slack,Clickup)

      Qualifications

      • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the eCommerce or SaaS industry
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
      • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Experience with customer service software and CRM systems (Intercom)
      • Familiarity with WooCommerce and Shopify is a plus
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
